Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyễn Sinh Nhật Tân spoke at the 16th Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Việt Nam Economic Ministers'' Meeting (CLMV-EMM 16) in Vientiane, Laos on Wednesday.
